Job summary

The Hershey Company is hiring for an Asset Data Integration & Intelligence Leader at its Memphis plant. You will advance plant performance through digital manufacturing technologies, real-time analytics, and asset intelligence solutions.

You will collaborate with operations, reliability, quality, EHS, engineering, and corporate teams to build digital asset twins and deliver actionable insights. Lead the data-driven journey by leveraging the AVEVA PI System, PI Vision, and related tools to

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant engineering, controls, manufacturing systems, automation, or related experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA/HMI platforms, networking, or manufacturing data systems.
Experience using data analysis, visualization, reporting, or dashboard solutions.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects and deliver business-focused technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead plant asset data integration initiatives, ensuring critical machine and process data is captured, validated, and structured within the PI Asset Framework.
Partner with plant and corporate manufacturing pillar leaders to develop digital asset twins and scalable asset intelligence solutions.
Design and support PI Vision dashboards, PI DataLink reports, and analytics that provide real-time visibility into equipment health, quality, and operational performance.
Develop asset framework analyses, calculations, and statistical models that enable data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Support capital projects by ensuring machine data integration standards are incorporated during design, testing, commissioning, and startup.
Maintain and administer plant PI System infrastructure, including servers, applications, and historian configurations to ensure data availability and system reliability.
Collaborate with Corporate Engineering, IS resources, and AVEVA support teams to troubleshoot issues, perform system health checks, and drive continuous improvements.
Help define and implement enterprise standards for asset intelligence, data structures, and digital manufacturing solutions.
Train and coach manufacturing personnel on dashboards, reporting tools, and value-added digital solutions that improve plant performance.
Champion innovation while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cybersecurity, and engineering standards.
