Job summary

The Hershey Company’s Memphis plant seeks an Asset Data Integration & Intelligence Leader to advance plant performance through digital manufacturing, real-time analytics, and asset intelligence. You will work with operations, reliability, quality, and engineering to develop digital asset twins and integrate machine data using the AVEVA PI System to drive business results.

You will design dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics that improve equipment reliability and process performance, while

Qualifications

3+ years in engineering, controls, manufacturing systems.
Experience with manufacturing data integration and analytics.
Experience with industrial control systems and SCADA.
Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead asset data integration initiatives within the Memphis plant.
Develop digital asset twins and asset intelligence solutions.
Design and support PI Vision dashboards and analytics for real-time visibility.
Create asset framework analyses and statistical models for data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with engineering, IS, and AVEVA support to drive improvements.
