Job summary

State Street is seeking a Digital Asset GD ETF Specialist to act as an ETF subject matter expert and help build digital asset operations within State Street’s infrastructure. You will contribute to risk management, align with ETF leadership, and drive scalable digital asset solutions.

The role requires knowledge of ETF systems, data flows, and collateral across workstreams, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and hands-on experience with digital assets and tokenization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience understanding ETF systems, data flows, and operating models.
• Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workstreams as an ETF subject matter expert for digital asset operations across a portfolio of value streams to deliver digital asset capabilities.
• Foster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational level.
• Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities.
• Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production.
• Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream.
• Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to both the functional leadership teams and digital asset operations leadership teams.
