State Street is hiring a Digital Asset GD Collateral Specialist to lead collateral operations within the Global Delivery function. You will serve as a subject matter expert for digital asset operations, align value streams, and establish robust risk controls across capabilities.

The role reports to GD Collateral leadership and digital asset operations leadership, with a focus on learning digital asset concepts and maintaining an effective control environment.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

We are hiring a Digital Asset GD Collateral Specialist to be a Collateral subject matter expert in our Global Delivery (GD) function, participating in workstreams to build digital asset operations within State Street’s infrastructure. You will be responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise around current operational workflows, maintaining alignment to GD Collateral leadership, escalating any concerns to functional leadership, acquiring approvals of new models with functional leadership, and maintaining alignment with digital asset operations leadership. We expect this candidate to have a risk excelen t mindset and be proficient establishing an effective control environment. The ideal candidate should understand digital asset concepts (blockchain knowledge, understanding of digital asset types, decentralized finance, tokenization, etc). At a minimum this candidate should have intellectual curiosity to learn about digital asset servicing. This role will have a dual reporting line to GD Collateral leadership and digital asset operations leadership.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
