Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled Digital Asset Manager/Archivist to oversee enterprise multimedia assets, metadata, and archival governance. You will manage DAM systems, develop taxonomies, and ensure long-term preservation, retrieval, and compliance with records management policies.

Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to improve workflows, tagging, and content discovery while maintaining metadata accuracy and taxonomy consistency across large asset collections.

Qualifications

• Experience managing archives, DAM systems, or enterprise content collections.
• Strong understanding of archival principles, metadata standards, and information governance.
• Experience organizing large multimedia collections and assets.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital preservation technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance.
