Job summary

Gensler is seeking a Digital Artist to shape the future of visual storytelling, joining our Global Design Technology Studio. You will blend design, motion, and technology to transform ideas into compelling experiences that elevate our narratives for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, Interactive Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, and/or film production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (NBPro, Kling, Flux).
• Experience with 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, and/or Blender; Render engines like V-Ray.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals and motion graphics for presentations and products.
• Develop publications and layouts for internal/external storytelling.
• Generate branding elements and style guides.
• Establish brand standards and templates for initiatives.
• Convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences through storytelling.
• Craft stories across Film, Photography, Digital Illustration, and more.
• Collaborate on client projects requiring advanced storytelling.
• Illustrate imagery to reflect company values and branding.
• Review designs with senior leadership for brand continuity.
• Partner with external vendors for large-scale projects.
