Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks an experienced Digital Art Director to lead and execute high-quality creative for a retail and eCommerce brand. This hands-on role combines art direction with team leadership in a fast-paced in-house studio.

You will mentor a small team, maintain creative standards, and collaborate across marketing, eCommerce, brand, and operations to translate briefs into customer-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of creative experience, ideally in-house or agency environments.
• Proven leadership experience guiding teams and mentoring creatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Experience in retail/eCommerce is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead concepting, art direction, and design across web, email, CRM, app, and digital campaigns.
• Balance hands-on creative work with mentoring and guiding a small team of designers.
• Maintain high standards for creative quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Translate briefs and business goals into compelling, customer-focused creative.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, brand, and operations teams.
• Present work clearly and confidently to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Help improve workflows, scale output, and explore new creative tools and technologies.
