Digital & Content Marketing Specialist

Location: Troy, MI
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (or similar) 8am to 4:30pm etc.
Pay: $62,000–$68,000 annually, depending on experience
Work Arrangement:On-site 100% or On-site/Hybrid, with required in-office work and initial onsite training. Note: This job requires weekly on-site work with possibility of some remote work.

Oakwood Veneer is seeking a hands-on Digital & Content Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. This position combines website management, digital marketing, social media, content creation, graphic design, email marketing, SEO, and AI-powered marketing.

The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated marketer who can take projects from idea to execution and is comfortable with both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Digital Marketing: Manage the company website, including front-end content and back-end administration, while supporting SEO, website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Content & Social Media: Create and publish written, graphic, and video content for the website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and other channels. Plan video concepts and coordinate with photographers and videographers.
• Marketing & AI: Develop email campaigns, preferably using Klaviyo; use AI tools for marketing, content creation, research, SEO, customer engagement, and campaign development; and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Brand & Performance: Maintain consistent branding, monitor campaign performance, and manage multiple projects while adapting to changing business needs.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, website management, social media, and graphic design, including hands-on website back-end/CMS management.
• Strong graphic design, content creation, social media, and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for marketing and content creation and work independently while managing deadlines and multiple projects.
• Experience with digital marketing and website content; Shopify experience is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce or other eCommerce platforms, Klaviyo, Canva, SEO, website analytics, and video production/content planning is a plus.
