Job summary

UPS Digital, formerly UPS Capital, is launching its 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience within engineering, analytics, IT, or business tracks and opportunities to shadow other departments.

Interns will gain mentorship, networking opportunities with professionals, and exposure to the organization's technology-driven culture while contributing to real projects aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recent graduate within 24 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with industry tools is a plus.
• Interest in multiple aspects of corporate business and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects and day-to-day activities within your department to support business goals.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to help drive team objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on key initiatives.
• Shadow other departments to gain a broader perspective of operations.
• Attend company-wide events and cross-functional meetings to learn about organizational goals.
