Our small agency is searching for a digital analytics freelancer/contractor to join part-time (10-20 hours per week) to assist with servicing our rapidly-growing client list. We help a variety of agencies and individual clients bring their marketing analytics to the next level through measurement strategy, implementation, data visualization, and data architecture work. Almost all of our engagements are long-term, so you'll often be staffed on projects where you get to develop relationships with clients and gain exposure to various industries.

We recognize that few analysts have exposure to the entire spectrum of analytics tools, so we want to bring someone on who can hit the ground running in core areas and has an appetite to learn new tools. This role is 100% remote.

Key Job Pillars

1. Tracking / Measurement Implementation
   Set up tracking for clients with varying levels of sophistication, including goal/conversion tracking, CRM integration, marketing pixel setup, form tracking, testing/debugging tracking.
2. Data Analysis, Cleaning, and Engineering
   Perform ad hoc analyses on website/marketing performance (e.g., investigating drops in conversion rate). Strong SQL skills and broad understanding of data warehousing are required. Familiarity with tools like SQL, BigQuery, AWS, Python, ETL tools, and API development (not required) is preferred.
3. Dashboard Creation and Reporting
   Build one-off reports and custom dashboards for clients.

Additional Skills and Value-Add Areas

While the above skills are key, other skills such as digital marketing execution (paid search, paid social, programmatic), SEO, landing page development, and marketing automation are valuable for expanding client relationships and approaching new clients as full-service marketing and analytics professionals.

Compensation and Work Environment
