OVERVIEW
The Supply Chain Analytics Consultant enhances supply chain decision-making with operations research and industrial engineering solutions. They provide advanced analytics and insights to company leadership regarding end-to-end supply chain processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain active business partnerships with functional leadership for strategic planning, feasibility, and ongoing operations.
- Lead projects and analyses for developing and implementing analytical solutions supporting business objectives such as capacity management, site selection, and supply chain optimization and simulation.
- Improve logistics, supply chain systems, and business processes for efficient operations.
- Work on physical goods and data flow processes across core supply chain areas, including demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and transportation.
- Implement operations research solutions in network design, planning, and demand forecasting.
- Apply mathematical modeling and statistical methods to solve complex business questions.
- Manipulate and analyze complex datasets using MS Access and SQL to generate insights and model inputs.
- Review operational data to accurately model the operational environment.
- Research and develop new methodologies to enhance business performance and collaborate with external academic and industry partners.
- Lead project teams to meet organizational goals, optimizing delivery, resources, and team development.
- Work with business and technology teams to implement and sustain mathematical model outcomes, understanding ERP modules related to supply chain.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven innovation, engineering principles application, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading projects and interacting across functions.
- Ability to develop broad solutions across multiple business areas.
- 3-5 years of industry experience in supply chain, engineering, or related fields.
- At least two years of experience in analyzing supply chain data, leading project teams, improving logistics systems, and working on core supply chain processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in supply chain, logistics engineering, operations research, or industrial engineering preferred.

- This role supports remote work; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the work location.
- No international relocation or remote international work arrangements are available.

Salary Range
The annual salary range is $91,900 to $138,000, reflecting experience, skills, and performance. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, time off, wellbeing support, and potential annual incentives, depending on individual and organizational performance.
