Job summary

Frontier Communications is seeking a Digital Analyst to own behavioral and performance analytics for the Frontier Cart. You will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics and work from home with four assigned office days at the HUB in Dallas, TX.

You will collaborate with IT, product, marketing, and BI teams to measure cart performance, create dashboards, and provide insights that drive conversion and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with Adobe Analytics or Quantum Metrics, with demonstrated expertise in creating reports, dashboards, segments, and calculated metrics.
  • Experience partnering with internal groups/stakeholders/vendors (Marketing, Sales, IT, Care, Product, Content, and Digital) to define and implement analytic requirements for Frontier Cart performance.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to contextualize data and “tell the story.”
  • Preferred: Experience with voice-of-customer surveys (e.g., Medallia, ForeSee) and session replay tools (e.g., Decibel, Full Story).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, site tagging and tracking code; familiarity with Omnibug for auditing tags and code.

  • Provide cart performance dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for leadership and operations.

Job description

Digital Analyst

The Digital Analyst will be fully accountable for executing and implementing behavioral and performance analytics on the Frontier Cart, managing its performance, and reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT, business leads, product, marketing, and other business intelligence teams to enable detailed measurement of Frontier Cart performance.
  • Leverage web analytics tools (Quantum, Adobe), Voice‑of‑Customer platforms, and site behavior tools to provide technical requirements for analytics tracking and measurement around critical and secondary KPIs.
  • Create dashboards that provide engagement and conversion funnel metrics.
  • Leverage offline data sources to analyze opportunities in the cart experience.
  • Report and interpret data to help business leaders understand key behavioral and sales performance insights.
  • Report on the status of capability/feature launches and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate challenges.
  • Manage session replay, heatmap, and click/engagement reporting; share findings, insights, and recommendations with UX/Testing teams and other stakeholders to drive conversion.
  • Manage alerting and anomaly reporting to quickly surface problems or opportunities in the cart flow and initiate needed actions; partner with IT/devs to address possible technical issues.
  • Write JIRA feature stories to lead requirements and functional needs of the business to measure the experience.
  • Provide cart performance dashboards and ad‑hoc reports/analysis, focusing on both leadership‑level reporting and tactical‑level performance management.
  • Manage critical relationships with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Identify sales/commerce optimizations that could drive higher conversion and revenue growth.
  • Drive cart feature roadmaps with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and sales growth.
  • Deliver employee/stakeholder analytics training and support.
  • Work from home with four assigned office days at the HUB located at 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX, as set by the manager.
Qualifications
  • Experience partnering with internal groups/stakeholders/vendors (Marketing, Sales, IT, Care, Product, Content, and Digital) to define and implement analytic requirements for Frontier Cart performance.
  • Strong project management skills and laser‑sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to switch quickly and efficiently between tasks and projects.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with Adobe Analytics or Quantum Metrics, with demonstrated expertise in creating reports, dashboards, segments, and calculated metrics.
  • Passion for making data‑driven decisions with strong communication, creativity, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to contextualize data and “tell the story.”
  • Preferred: Minimum 1‑year experience with a voice‑of‑customer survey platform (e.g., Medallia, ForeSee).
  • Preferred: Minimum 1‑year experience with a session replay tool (e.g., Decibel, Full Story).

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
