Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider with a vast global client base, seeks a Digital Ads Specialist to drive paid campaigns from a remote setup. The role centers on optimizing ROI across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels.

Your role:Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns

• Previous experience in a media agency is preferred

• Hands-on experience buying ads on one or more of the following platforms: Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic channels

Core Skills

• Strong expertise in PPC and social media advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Proven track record of successfully executing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns and driving ROI across both small and large budgets

• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and collaborate with team leads to generate media and creative insights and optimizations

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations

• Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external stakeholders through written reports and presentations
