Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel digital advertising across paid search, display, and CTV/OTT.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns using A/B testing.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS and other metrics.
• Manage ad budgets and optimize spend by performance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for creative, targeting, messaging, and growth.
• Build and manage membership or subscription communities.
• Develop engagement strategies across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Patreon, etc.
• Establish guidelines and moderation practices.
• Monitor and respond to comments and feedback.
• Analyze sentiment, engagement, growth, retention.
• Identify user-generated content opportunities.
• Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, communications, editorial, content and analytics teams.
• Develop measurement frameworks for the supporter journey from ad exposure to conversion.
• Prepare campaign and community performance reports with recommendations.
