FP1 Strategies, based in Arlington, Virginia, seeks an Associate for its Digital Advertising team. The role involves trafficking campaigns on Facebook and Google, monitoring pacing, audience projections, and reporting with strong Excel skills.

A digital internship or relevant experience is expected, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a hybrid schedule combining in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Digital-focused internship or equivalent experience.
• Basic Excel skills and ability to learn functions.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Public affairs or political industry interest is a plus.
• Familiarity with Facebook/Google ads is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trafficking advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms, developing an understanding of placement capabilities and optimization strategies to deliver high quality campaigns for clients.
• Provide day-to-day support with pacing updates, campaign monitoring, audience projections and targeting, and other projects.
• Contribute to client advertising reports, utilizing strong Excel skills and an excellent attention to detail to deliver error-free updates.
