Publicis Groupe's Team One is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Lexus Digital Ecosystem initiatives. You will coordinate internal and client communications, manage status updates, and help organize budgets and meetings across Lexus.com programs.

This role emphasizes strong writing, attention to detail, multistask capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Digital Production, Creative, Strategy, and Product groups, in a hybrid Dallas-based environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Executive and broader team in Lexus.com digital ecosystem management.
• Coordinate maintenance, content updates, and recurring offers for Lexus.com.
• Organize meetings, manage budgets, and track monthly reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across agency teams and partners.
• Assist with work orders, timelines, estimates, approvals, and stakeholder reviews.
• Develop understanding of Lexus digital platforms and SEO, GEO, and AI discovery.
