KPMG is seeking a Digital Accessibility Tester Specialist to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This hybrid work opportunity involves:

1. Conducting accessibility audits of websites, applications, mobile apps, and design systems using industry-standard tools.
2. Identifying accessibility issues, prioritizing remediation, and developing plans with development teams.
3. Developing and implementing accessibility strategies aligned with WCAG 2.2 and relevant standards.
4. Collaborating with User Experience and Digital Enablement teams to ensure accessible digital experiences.
5. Training employees on accessibility best practices and integrating accessibility into the product lifecycle.

Qualifications include:

1. At least three years of recent experience in digital accessibility, with knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and testing/remediation skills.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications like WAS or CPACC are highly recommended.
3. Proven experience conducting accessibility audits for large platforms, with knowledge of UX/UI methodologies.
4. Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility testing tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver.
5. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and non-technical audiences.
6. Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
