Qualifications

Reporting To

Quality Specialist

Role and Responsibilities

1. Inspect and troubleshoot defects or discrepancies in conformity.
2. Assist other QC (Quality Control) Technicians, Operators, Wirers, and Assemblers with quality questions.
3. Perform inspections using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, meters, etc.).
4. Train other employees on quality procedures.
5. Inspect, examine, and observe products or equipment for defects.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in assembly and wiring.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and web applications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and models.
• Skilled in using tools such as screwdrivers, crimpers, and air guns.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Desired experience with SAP, SupplierNet, Salesforce, Windchill, Fletch, BOX, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work with teams, coordinate rework, collaborate with suppliers, and facilitate RMA processes.
• Proficient in documenting and tracking data in Microsoft Office.
• Must have valid work authorization for employment in the US.
