• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple projects.
• Proficient with common business, collaboration, and content management software.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of operating policies, procedures, and bookkeeping activities.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and coordinate services and activities.
• Maintain positive client relationships and facilitate internal communication.
• Maintain public-facing websites, training portals, and marketing materials.
• Assist with development and delivery of training workshops and webinars.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders to support accessibility initiatives.
• Maintain records and reports related to accessibility and program operations.
• Work closely with the Director to coordinate projects and programs.
• Perform other duties to support the Center for Digital Accessibility.
