Job summary

University seeks a Digital Accessibility and Change Management Specialist to coordinate accessibility initiatives, train staff and guide adoption of technology changes across campus. This role reports to the Director of Service Management and Community Engagement and supports documentation and service management activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical info clearly.
• Experience supporting change, stakeholder engagement, communications or adoption.
• Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards and WCAG.
• Experience with digital accessibility across websites, docs, multimedia.
• Ability to deliver training and supporting resources.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus-wide digital accessibility initiatives and guidance.
• Develop and coordinate change management activities and communications.
• Provide technology training and establish documentation practices.
• Engage stakeholders across UDit initiatives and services.
