Eataly is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital and Third-Party Delivery to lead their off-premise digital commerce and delivery operations. This role will involve overseeing the growth of digital ordering platforms and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across store locations.

The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in digital commerce and expertise in managing relationships with third-party delivery services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital commerce, off-premise strategy, product operations, or marketplace management.
• Deep knowledge of 3rd-party aggregator ecosystems and middleware integrations.
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and scaling of Eataly’s off-premise digital commerce.
• Drive digital sales volume, AOV, and conversion rates.
• Establish weekly and monthly KPI reporting routines.
