Team Fishel in Henrico, VA is seeking a Digger Derrick Driver/Operator to join our utility construction team. You will drive and operate a digger derrick to set streetlight poles and support excavation tasks on job sites.

The role requires CDL, prior digger derrick experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in all weather. Starting pay is $24-$25 per hour, with strong training and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• CDL required and valid.
• Experience operating a digger derrick in utility construction preferred.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate digger derrick to set streetlight poles.
• Perform clearing, grading, excavations on job sites as needed.
• Restore properties/worksites related to underground/aerial utilities.
