Job summary

Intel is seeking an experienced DSIRE (Diffusion) Module Engineer in Chandler, AZ to own one or more 300mm toolsets in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, tool matching, and 100% MOR availability while driving continuous improvement in tool health and process performance.

The role includes installations, conversions, and qualifications for new technology, with potential day or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience in a related engineering STEM field.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing ramps, technology transfers, and semiconductor tooling is preferred.
• Defectivity improvement and tool availability experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of one or more 300mm toolsets in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Drive improvements in tool health, cycle time, and defect densities to meet factory goals.
• Lead tool installations, conversions, and qualifications for new technology start-ups and factory start-ups.
• Review control charts and tool output daily to keep toolsets excursion-free and achieving MOR availability.
• Develop and implement roadmaps for process improvements and training of engineers.
