Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on KE V3/V5 furnace, Disco grinders, Takatori taper/detaper, and Rudolph ellipsometer.
• Identify, record, and escalate equipment, process, or product problems.
• Oversee part rebuilds including valves, cables, and PCB components.
