Qualifications

• Illinois PEL with Learning Behavior Specialist I Endorsement required.
• Bilingual and ESL Endorsement preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer formal and informal assessments to guide student learning in core subjects.
• Monitor and analyze assessment data to inform instruction and IEP development.
• Develop IEPs in line with standards and laws.
• Communicate with staff and parents via meetings, calls, and email about student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with deadlines and documentation.
• Provide training and resources to paraprofessionals.
• Co-plan and co-instruct to deliver accessible instruction to individuals and groups.
