• Participate in the Nutrition Support Team with pharmacists and physicians.
• Conduct nutritional screenings and assessments.
• Educate patients on therapeutic diets.
• Assist staff in dietary decisions based on prescriptions.
• Document patient responses and make recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
• Licensed Dietitian within 90 days of employment.
• Bachelor's Degree.
