Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join its clinical team at SSM Health - St Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. The role supports patients and residents with nutrition care, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The schedule is approximately 32 hours/week, with strong benefits and tuition support. Requirements include a Master’s degree (or eligible Bachelor’s per ACEND rules), RD/RDN eligibility, and state licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with ACEND coursework.
• RD/RDN eligibility via CDR and registration within 120 days of hire.
• State licensure/certification requirements applicable at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for patients and residents using the Nutrition Care Process.
• Act as a nutrition resource for patients, peers, and staff across teams.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to callers and staff.
• Maintain professional practices aligned with regulations and Sodexo standards.
• Participate in or lead performance improvement to boost outcomes and quality.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and education.
