Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a hybrid remote position serving a behavioral health facility in Valdosta, GA. The role is 16-20 hours per week with drive time pay available.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the NCP in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, conducting monthly kitchen sanitation audits, and delivering diet education to clients.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required for practice.
• Active dietetic licensure in the state.
• Candidate demonstrates a positive attitude and patient-centered approach.
• Strong communication with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
