Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for an 8 hours/week position at our Long Term Care facility in Pineville, KY. Hybrid remote schedule is allowed, offering a flexible arrangement and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care team, completing MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making wound and weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credentials (CDR) and licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF as part of care planning.
• Make feeding/wound and weight-change recommendations.
