Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for an 8 hours/week role in Washington, NC. The position offers a HYBRID REMOTE SCHEDULE and flexible hours to support our long-term care community.

The consultant will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care plan team. Experience with MDS Section K and TF calculations is preferred.

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes.
