Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a Long Term Care facility in Jackson, NC, delivering 4 hours per week.

The role includes clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, completing MDS - Section K, and providing wound/weight-change guidance. Hybrid remote schedule considered; mileage pay available.

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic Licensure.

Responsibilities
