Job Details: Western State Hospital, an acute care adult psychiatric facility in Hopkinsville, KY, is seeking a Dietitian to provide nutritional care for individuals with mental health conditions. This full-time position (30-40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday, flexible schedule) requires onsite presence. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights.
4. Train and mentor patient services staff and interns.
5. Participate in patient satisfaction, departmental meetings, and Quality Assurance programs.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
2. State licensure where required.
3. Preferred: One year of hospital experience.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software.
