Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (FT) in Hopkinsville, KY, to join our Nutrition Team at an acute care medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provides medical nutrition therapy including assessment, diet modification, education, and intervention.
2. Follows all guidelines in the Company Diet Manual and Nutrition Policies & Procedures.
3. Complies with regulatory standards, confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights policies.
4. Trains and mentors staff and interns as applicable.
5. Participates in patient satisfaction, departmental meetings, and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Dietitian credential from the CDR.
2. State licensure where required.
3. One year of hospital experience preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software.
