Job summary

Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services is seeking a nutrition professional to develop and direct high‑quality clinical nutrition care. You will coordinate nutrition services, support pharmacy teams with TPN patients, and monitor enteral nutrition to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires RD credentials, a nutrition degree and hospital/home care experience, with a Monday–Friday day shift in a patient‑focused setting within Providence’s care network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Within 6 months of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification.
• Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian certification.

Description

This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and directing all aspects of quality, cost effective, outcome-oriented clinical nutrition care under minimum supervision. Assists in the management of PIPS' nutritional resources. Responsible for decisions and judgments affecting patients total nutrition care. Facilitates improvement in patient's nutrition status to reduce complications and lower the risk of harm to the patient. Assists the pharmacists in managing the TPN patients. Clinical monitoring of enteral patients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification
• Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration
• 1 year Hospital or home care experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition.
• Pediatric, adult and geriatric experience.
• Development of nutrition related forms and policies and procedures.

Pay Range: $31.35 - $48.68
