Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking an RN Clinician to provide infusion therapy nursing and case management in the home, clinic or other living sites. You will collaborate with patients, families, physicians and payers to deliver quality care and act as a resource for home care staff.

Requirements include licensure in Washington, BLS within 30 days of hire, driving may be required, and at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience. Preference given to home infusion experience.

• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License, if practicing in this location
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License, if practicing in this location
• Driving may be necessary; provide driver’s license and auto insurance upon request
• 1 year of experience in acute care nursing

Description

The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer. This position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.

Required Qualifications

• Education sufficient for licensure
