Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree required or preferred for certification exam.
• RD credential or eligibility for exam and Texas licensure within 6 months of hire.
• No experience required for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy and nutrition care for patients.
• Collect data from electronic medical records and use software for nutrient analysis.
• Assess dietary needs and prepare menus and diet recommendations.
• Educate patients and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Precept dietetic interns and contribute to department programs.
