Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and implement regular, special, and modified diets.
• Review medical charts and conduct client and staff interviews for nutrition assessments.
• Maintain dietary and nutrition records, reports and progress notes.
• Counsel clients regarding nutrition and prepare accurate reports.
• Develop and deliver in-service nutrition training for clients and staff.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate nutrition-related initiatives.
