Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and educate residents and staff to support overall health and well-being.

Qualifications
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
- Adherence to vaccination policies as required by state and clients.

Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutritional needs and document plans in the electronic medical record.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
