Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Dietitian Director for a community hospital within a system. The role directs nutrition services across the Medical Center, overseeing patient and retail operations and a ~60-person team during a cafeteria renovation. Fresh leadership is encouraged to elevate the department.

The ideal candidate holds a Dietetics-related degree, has 5+ years of healthcare food service management, and possesses current CDM or RD credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Dietetics or Food Service Management or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare food service setting.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Current designation as Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates the activities for the provision of food and nutrition services facility wide, including Patient and Retail Services.
• Overseeing approximately 60 FTEs and guiding cafeteria renovations and improvements.
• Supervises Managers, Secretary, Coordinators, Supervisors.

Plans, directs and coordinates the activities for the provision of food and nutrition services for facility wide which includes Patient and Retail Services for the Medical Center. Overseeing approximately 60 FTE's. Cafeteria under renovation, will be brand new, new appliances, etc. Wants someone from the outside who can offer a fresh perspective on how they can take the department to the next level.
