Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Stuart, FL for 16-24 hours per week, delivering patient-focused nutrition care in a long-term care setting.

The position offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay. You will perform nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to support wound healing and weight management.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed dietitian.
• Licensed to practice dietetics.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Clear communication with patients and care team.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
