Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a short-term assignment in Humble, TX, providing 6–8 hours per week during a one-week coverage period October 6–9. Enjoy flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

You will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, work with the interdisciplinary care plan team, perform MDS - Section K, and contribute recommendations for wounds and weight changes.

Qualifications

• CDR credential required.
• Dietitian licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF as part of patient nutrition planning.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
