Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for the long-term care community in Dallas, TX, offering 8 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

The role involves completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, and contributing to wound and weight-change management, with a focus on patient-centered care and strong communication.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed and licensed RD required.
• Must hold current dietetic licensure.
• Positive attitude with client-centered approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF and provide wound/weight-change recommendations.
