Job summary

Luby's Culinary Services is seeking a Clinical Dietitian for DHR Health in Edinburg, TX. The role focuses on nutrition care, assessments, diet orders, and patient education within acute care settings.

Requirements include an active RDN credential with CDR, Texas licensure as applicable, a Bachelor's in dietetics or related field, and 1-2 years of clinical acute care experience preferred. ADA accommodations available.

Qualifications

• Texas licensure/certification as required by state practice.
• Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Certification/licensure as required by state of practice. (Texas)
• Bachelor's degree in dietetics, foods and nutrition, or related area, granted by a US regionally accredited college or university, or foreign equivalent.
• 1-2 years of clinical care in an acute care facility preferred.
