Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team in Edgewater, MD, providing 24 hours per week of care for our long-term care community. The role emphasizes clinical nutrition assessments and collaborative care planning.

You will document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, work with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to MDS - Section K and wound/weight change recommendations. RD credentials and licensure are required.

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments
