Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments and document findings.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care plan and food service teams.
• Provide enteral feeding calculations and recommendations.
• Advise on wounds and significant weight changes.
• Complete MDS including Section K and Section V (CAA).
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and patient information.
