Job summary

Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a part-time role in Los Angeles, CA (downtown, near Westlake). The position supports a long-term care facility with 8-12 hours per week onsite, starting September 2025.

The candidate should have LTC experience or familiarity and be able to work with PCC EMR; bilingual English/Korean is preferred. The assignment includes performing nutritional assessments, documenting with the NCP in EMR, collaborating with the care plan

Qualifications

• Credentialed as an RDN through the CDR.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background and health checks.

Responsibilities

• Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation.
• Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team.
• Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
• Completing MDS - Section K.
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA.
