An established industry player is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to support patient care through nutrition interventions and education. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, conducting nutrition assessments, and providing tailored meal planning. You will engage with patients and families to ensure nutritional needs are met while promoting long-term dietary changes. Under the general supervision of a Senior Dietitian, Clinical Dietitian, or Lead Dietetic Technician, supports the Clinical Dietitians by collecting information, reporting observations, and communicating with the patient/client family or caregiver. Responsibilities include obtaining nutrition/weight histories, food allergies, and preferences; adjusting meal selections; monitoring menu compliance; conducting meal rounds; and providing education on food choices and meal planning. Reports observations to the Clinical Dietitian to assist in documenting response to the nutrition care plan and to help adjust the plan to meet patient/client goals. Implements and monitors nutrition interventions as assigned.
