Job summary
Moorings Park in Naples, Florida, seeks a Dietetic Technician to support the Registered Dietitian in delivering quality nutritional care in a skilled nursing facility. Under supervision, you will assist with screenings, assessments, meal service monitoring, and documentation to ensure compliance with physician orders and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Dietetic Technology or related field.
- Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR) credential required.
- CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with nutrition screenings and resident assessments.
- Monitor residents' food and fluid intake and weight changes.
- Document nutrition-related information in the EMR.
- Provide basic nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Communicate nutrition needs to nursing, dietary staff, and interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with care planning, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
