Job summary

Nutrire Nutrition Services LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) to provide nutrition services in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

You will perform nutrition assessments, monitor residents at nutritional risk, develop care plans, review weights and laboratory results, complete MDS documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must be Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Florida Licensed Dietitian (LD).
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare and MDS Section K is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop care plans for residents.
• Monitor residents at nutritional risk and adjust plans as needed.
• Review weights and laboratory results to guide care.
• Complete MDS documentation and collaborate with the care team.
