As a Dietary Supervisor, you will help oversee daily dining operations while ensuring our residents receive nutritious, delicious, and high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment.

Supervise and support dietary and dining service staff.
Coordinate daily meal service and ensure meals are prepared and served according to established menus and standards.
Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and temperatures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and proper food storage.
Work closely with the culinary and care teams to accommodate residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate dietary records and documentation.
Train, coach, and support dietary team members.
Address resident concerns and help create a positive dining experience.
Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth daily operations.
Previous experience in food service, dietary services, healthcare, senior living, or a related environment.
Supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
